
Lorne Abony Lorne Abony is the Chief Executive Officer of Fluid Music ("Fluid"). Prior to Fluid, Mr. Abony was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fun Technologies ("Fun"). Founded in 2001, Fun grew to become the world's largest online casual games and fantasy sports provider with over 35 million registered games customers. Prior to becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Media, Fun was a publicly traded company listed on the stock Exchanges of both London ("LSE") and Toronto ("TSX"). When Fun was listed on the TSX, Mr. Abony was the youngest CEO of any company listed on the exchange. Fun was one of the fastest growing companies in the history of the Toronto Stock Exchange. In less than three years the company raised over $160 million in five rounds of equity financings, including its IPO. Mr. Abony also led Fun in completing eight strategic acquisitions for a total consideration of $128 million. Liberty Media's acquisition of Fun (which began in March 2006 and was completed in December 2007) valued Fun at US$484 million. Prior to founding Fun, Mr. Abony was the co-founder and former President of "Petopia.com". Petopia was an online pet food and supply destination that was sold to Petco, the world's largest pet products retailer in 2000. Mr. Abony previously practiced corporate and securities law at a major Toronto law firm. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an LL.B/J.D. from the International Law Center at the University of Windsor and a B.A. from McGill University. Mr. Abony is an Ambassador for the Province of New Brunswick and also served on the board of directors of both Jump TV and CinemaNow.

Andrew Rivkin Andrew Rivkin was, along with Mr. Abony, the co-founder of FUN and acted as FUN's Chairman from 2003 to 2007. Prior to co-founding FUN, Mr. Rivkin was founder and President and Chief Executive Officer of CryptoLogic Inc. (LSE:CRP), (NASDAQ:CRYP), (TSX:CRY) from January 1995 to June 2001. CryptoLogic Inc. is one of the largest and most successful developers of eGaming software. CryptoLogic Inc. software is used by registered users in 240 nations and territories worldwide. Since its inception, CryptoLogic Inc. has processed more than one billion individual transactions and in excess of US$12 billion in secure electronic deposits, from more than one million registered users.

James Lanthier James Lanthier was a member of the founding management team of FUN Technologies, where he held a number of senior officer positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and played a principal role in FUN's M&A efforts, operations, and ultimate sale to Liberty Media. Mr. Lanthier holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Queen's University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Robert Meier Robert Meier was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Fluid Music Canada, Inc. in February 2010. Prior to this, Robert served as Chief Financial Officer of Somerset since 2001. From 1997 to 2001, he was Vice-President of Finance and Operations of The Indeka Group, a marketer and distributor of branded footwear and accessories. Between 1994 and September 1997, Mr. Meier was Vice-President of Finance for Mary Kay Cosmetics Ltd. He was the Controller for Neon Products Ltd., a Division of Jim Pattison Industries from August 1991 to September 1994 and the Corporate Controller for the Jim Pattison Sign Group from January 1989 to August 1991. Mr. Meier is a chartered accountant and holds an Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Daniel K. O'Neill Dan O'Neill has primary responsibilities of Fluid Music ("Fluid") technology development and deployment efforts and has nearly 20 year of diverse technology management expertise. Mr. O'Neill joined the Fluid team after Fluid acquired Trusonic, Inc., a B2B music subscription company that he co-founded. Mr. O'Neill was previously the Chief Technology Officer and Vice-President of engineering for Vivendi Universal Net USA and the Vice President of Engineering for digital music pioneer, MP3.com. Mr. O'Neill's extensive technology development experience includes managing the teams that provided the infrastructure design and data management services for Trusonic, MP3.com, MP4.com, Pressplay.com and custom marketing and data management applications for the Universal Music and Universal Studios group. Mr. O'Neill is on the board of advisors/directors for the Santa Clara University Computer engineering department, Deltyme Corporation and EVDB,Inc. Mr. O'Neill holds both B.A. and M.S. degrees from Santa Clara University.

Mark Elfenbein Mark has over 15 years experience in the music and entertainment industry. Prior to joining Trusonic he was COO of LiveUniverse, a network of 30+ online music and video sites with over 40 million users. Prior to LiveUniverse he was SVP of Business Development for Fun Technologies where he co-founded SkillJam.com (now known as Worldwinner.com) which is the Internet's largest online pay to play gaming company with over 20 million registered members. Fun Technologies was acquired by Liberty Media in 2006. Throughout the 1990's, Mark was VP of A&R and Sales for K-tel International which was the music industry's largest compilation company where he executive produced over 150 music compilations and received a Billboard music award and RIAA Gold record. Mark is a voting member of the Recording Academy Grammy awards as well as Latin Grammy awards.
